Techik will showcase color sorters in GrainTech 2023

GrainTech Bangladesh 2023 is a platform for participants to have a deeper contact with products and technologies related to production, storage, distribution, transportation and processing of food grains and other food items. GrainTech exhibition series has been a proven platform to reduce the technological gap between processing and supply chain, further value addition to achieve the export targets in segments like rice, wheat, pulses, oilseeds, and spices, dairy and related sectors.

From 2nd to 4th Feb,Techik will bring color sorter technologies and solutions to attend the 11th GrainTech Bangladesh, a certain scale of food processing equipment exhibition in Bangladesh and even in South Asia, in Darka, Bangladesh. The exhibition will showcase equipment from the sorting, transportation, storage of raw materials such as wheat, rice, grain, flour, pulses, oil, spice, corn etc., to grinding, milling, processing and packaging. Every year, there are leading suppliers of flour machinery, food processing auxiliary equipment and technical solutions. There are four pavilions at the exhibition site, including one pavilion for grain processing equipment.

With the application of technologies of multi-spectrum, multi-energy spectrum, and multi-sensor technology, Techik focuses on spectral online detection technology and product research and development.

Equipped with high-definition 5400 pixel full-color sensor, high-brightness led
cold light source, high-frequency solenoid valve, as well as optional smart dust collection system, Techik color sorters are widely used in industries such as grains, rice, oats, wheat, beans, nuts, vegetables, fruits and etc., providing customers with the best and most economical sorting solutions.

Techik rice color sorter separates rice grains according to color differences in raw rice.Using 5400 pixel full-color sensor, highresolution recognition and reduction of the subtle color difference of the material, it can effectively sort the different colors of rice, such as whole chalky, core chalky, chalky, milky chalky, yellowish, back line rice, black gray, etc. With algorithm setting, it is possible to distinguish particles of size, shape, and even different physical characteristics. On the other hand, common malignant impurities can be sorted out, for example: glass, plastic, ceramic, cable tie, metal, insect, stone, mouse droppings, desiccant, thread, flake, heterogeneous grain, seed stone, straw, grain hull, grass seeds, crushed buckets, paddy, etc.
